SMS Campaign Terms & Conditions

These SMS Campaign Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the text messaging program operated by Nick's Noteworthy Detailing ("NND," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and consenting below, you ("you" or "Subscriber") agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply.

1. Program Description & Message Types

Our SMS program is used to communicate with customers, prospects, and team members about detailing services and related business operations. Depending on your relationship with us and the consent you provide, the types of messages you may receive include:

• Appointment reminders & scheduling: confirmations, upcoming-appointment reminders, day-of notices, and reschedule requests.
• Invoicing & payment notices: quote delivery, invoice reminders, deposit confirmations, and payment receipts.
• General communication: responses to your questions, service follow-ups, satisfaction check-ins, and coordination with team members assigned to your service.
• Marketing & promotional messages (occasional): special offers, seasonal promotions, maintenance-plan reminders, and rebooking nudges — sent only to those who have opted in to marketing.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to our SMS program in the following ways:

• Web form / booking: by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking or contact form.
• Text-to-join: by texting a join keyword (such as NND or DETAIL) to our messaging number.
• Verbal / in-person: by providing your number to a team member and agreeing to receive texts.

Service-related messages (appointment reminders, invoices, and general communication) are sent to the number you provide when booking. Marketing messages are sent only to those who have separately opted in to receive promotional content.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Appointment and billing messages are typically sent as needed around your scheduled service (e.g., confirmation, 3-day reminder, 24-hour reminder, day-of, and follow-up). Marketing messages are occasional — generally no more than 4 per month. You are not obligated to reply to any message.

4. Opt-Out & HELP

• STOP or STOP ALL — reply to any message to cancel all SMS subscriptions. You will receive a confirmation reply.
• UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or END — also recognized as opt-out requests.
• HELP or INFO — reply for support information, including our contact details and how to opt out.
• You may also opt out at any time by emailing us or calling the number in Section 9 below.

Opting out of marketing does not cancel service-related messages required to fulfill your appointment (such as reminders and invoices) unless you request full opt-out via STOP.

5. Carriers & Delivery

Messages are delivered in cooperation with mobile carriers in the United States. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages resulting from carrier issues, network outages, incorrect phone numbers, or numbers that are no longer in service. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and store the mobile number and message content you exchange with us solely to operate this program and provide our services. We do not sell your information. For details on how we handle personal data, please review our Privacy Policy. SMS services are provided through Twilio; messaging rates and carrier terms may apply.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the account holder's permission, to consent to this program. We do not knowingly send SMS marketing to anyone under 18.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
